月亮虾饼


Ingredients:

12-14 pcs Spring Roll Wrappers
180 g Minced shrimp meat
1+½ tbsp Corn Starch
½ Egg White
½ tsp Salt
Petersilie or coriander to taste
Pinch White peppercorns, finely grounded


Method:

Mix all the ingredients, except for the wrappers, in a bowl. Stir until the mixture becomes a paste with smooth and shiny consistency.

Spread a table of batter on a wrapper, then cover with another wrapper to become a pancake.

In a flat bottom pan, heat up the oil on medium heat. When the oil is ready, put the shrimp cake in and start frying until both sides turn golden. Serve with plum sauce.

12-14片 春卷皮
180克 虾胶
1.5大勺 玉米淀粉
1/2个 蛋白
1/2小勺 盐
适量芫荽
一小撮 白胡椒粉


做法:

混合所有的材料放到一碗里,除了春卷皮外。 搅拌混合直到有弹性。

将虾料均匀铺在春卷皮,记得圆周留些空,将另张皮盖上压实时,馅料才不会跑出来。
加热油锅,中火煎制直到两面金黄,配上酸梅酱就可以吃了。
